Description:

The Simon Framevent 5000HF (high flow) achieves 5,000mm2 EA on a length of only 420mm.

The Framevent 5000HF was developed to make it easy to achieve the requirements of Approved Document F 2006 whilst still maintaining the smooth, rounded, aesthetic line synonymous of the Framevent range.

Manufactured in the highest quality U.V. stabilised UPVc. Durable, easy to fit and fully tested.

Tested in accordance with BS EN 1026:2000 & BS EN 1027:2000 weather performance

Tested in accordance with BS EN 13141-1:2004 for Equivalent Area

Manufactured from a "Lead-Free" UV stabilised high quality PVCu

Assembly & Maintenance:

Rout out the frame with the correct slot size and configuration for the model to be fitted.

Place units centrally over the slots. Fix the unit in place using the screws provided.

If fixing the units to aluminium window frames, use the screw hole centre details shown opposite to drill pilot holes, then screw to frame as above.

Once the unit is screwed in place simply press the end caps in place on each end of the ventilator
